Problem:
A large insurance group needed to modernize its IVR system for managing employee sick leave, which was obsolete, difficult to use and unsupported, while ensuring continuity of existing functionality and introducing technological improvements.
Solution:
Testudo proposed 'Sickness Process Automator', a cloud-based IVR solution. The system handles sick leave requests via telephone call on a dedicated number, includes a web interface to view request status with customizable filters, monitoring and tracking of individual requests, voice message recording for address changes and speech-to-text functionality for transcription of the new address, with potential validation via Google Maps or medical certificate. Integration with the company LDAP (Active Directory) allows management of employee records.
Results:
Technological upgrade of the IVR solution, certain and clear costs, use of technologies for data reconciliation and verification, cloud microservices architecture, maintenance of IVR communication for non-digitized users and introduction of a web application for administrators with KPIs and dashboards.

Solution:
We developed a custom web-based ERP platform with microservices architecture to manage master data (customers, suppliers, items with bill of materials), orders, procurement, advanced warehousing (with PWA for RF terminals), labeling, customizable reporting and analytical KPIs.
